Email Marketing Reports Our reports show detailed, high-level data that describes how your issues/mailings are being used by your subscribers. The Delivery Statistics tell you how many of your emails are being delivered successfully while the Response provides a break down of each major type of action. The Total Activity statistics include all data points collected from mailings and the micro-site. The statistics used in this report can be from a single issue/mailing or they can be computed as the average, maximum, minimum, or cumulative total across multiple issues/mailings.

We also offer an Industry Report which allows you to compare your performance metrics with the average metrics for the industry selected for your account.

All reports are available by send, as well as by date and or date range.
