Subscribe to the Inbox Group Newsletter - Email address (required) and other optional data such as First and Last Name, Company or Organization and phone number are gathered when you subscribe to the Inbox Group Newsletter.

Webinar and Free trial - First and Last Name, Company or Organization, Postal address, phone number and email address are required. Answers to questions about timing, company size and industry are also required. Title and Website are optional fields. Submission of this information enables you to participate in a Webinar and use the Inbox Group service for 15 days.

Call Now - First and Last Name, Company or Organization, Postal address, phone number and email address are required. Answers to questions about timing, company size and industry are also required. Title and Website are optional fields. Submission of this information will notify our sales team about you interest in Inbox Group services, and initiate follow-up contact from Inbox Group.

Request White paper and add to mailing list - First and Last Name, Company or Organization, Postal address, phone number and email address are required. Answers to questions about timing, company size and industry are also required. Title and Website are optional fields. Submission of this information will add you to our mailing list and send you an electronic copy of our industry white paper.

Inbox Group Reseller form - First and Last Name, Title, Company or Organization, Postal address, phone number and email address are required. Answers to questions about number of employees and markets served are also required. Website and company descriptions are optional fields.

Contact Us - You are directed to send an Email to a specific department within Inbox Group. Through this process your Email address and comment or question are collected. This information is only used to respond to your question or suggestion.

Information Request for Inbox Group Managed Services - Name, Company, Email address and Postal address are requested when you subscribe to the Inbox Group newsletter. You are given an opportunity to opt-in to receiving information about additional services and/or an industry White Paper from Inbox Group.

Technical Information - Upon visiting the website, Inbox Group may collect log file data on your session. This technical information alone does not identify a specific individual. The information collected may include (but is not limited to): The URL of the site that you came from before visiting Inbox Group's website. Your computers IP address. The browser you are using. The pages that you visit on the Inbox Group website. Search terms that are used on the Inbox Group website. There is no merging of technical and personal data collected on the site. Technical information is used to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Inbox Group website and diagnose problems.

When you enter a sweepstakes or other promotional event, we may ask for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so we can administer the sweepstakes and notify winners.

Information gathered offline
Service Agreements - The primary vehicle for data collected offline are our service agreements. Information such as name, title, physical address, billing address (if different from physical), phone number and Email address as well as company related information might be requested. Inbox Group may also collect a valid credit card number and expiration date for billing purposes.

Customer Data
Through the various services provided by our software we also collect and store information in a secure and private manner on behalf of our customers. This information includes, but is not limited to, email address lists, articles, survey answers, letters, and usage statistics. This information is owned by our customers and is not accessible to our partners or other customers unless the customer grants permission.

Micro site
A micro site is essentially a mini web site. Inbox Group uses micro sites to store and display content that customer's reference in their emails. A unique URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is created and is used to connect the email with the micro site.

Use of Cookies
Our sites use cookies to authenticate the user and keep track of the user session. Cookies are used to allow you to enter the portions of the Inbox Group website reserved for registered customers (users). Inbox Group does not use cookies to collect any information about you. We also use cookies to govern over survey voting. All cookies, except those used for survey validation, expire within several hours after a period of idle use.

Use of Web Beacons
Web beacons are used in combination with cookies. A web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, which is placed in an email or on a website. Inbox Group uses web beacons to aggregate data that is used to analyze the performance of an email and related micro sites. The information collected can be correlated to individual subscribers. This data is used for internal Inbox Group marketing purposes only. Open rates and click through rates for email content are examples of the metrics that are calculated using web beacons.

Inbox Group does not share personal information regarding its customers with any of its partners or third parties without the prior and explicit consent of the customer.

Control and Modification of Third Parties
You remain in control of your information. When you provide your information you can select whether you want to receive further communications about our products and services or other marketing information. When you opt-in to receive marketing communications from Inbox Group, you can opt-out whenever you want. There is an opt-out feature located in the footer of all Inbox Group email communications. Data Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Customer accounts are password-protected so that only the customer has access to his/her personal information. It is incumbent on the customer not to divulge their password to anyone. We will never ask for a customer's password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.
