BoIE is a specialty e-commerce store selling sustainable body care products such as body scrubbers, face scrubbers, and toothbrushes.
We worked with BoIE in 2018, and there were multiple goals in sight, such as growing their email list, implementing an effective email marketing strategy, generating higher email-driven sales, and enhancing customer loyalty and retention. Initially, they had an email list of around 3,000 subscribers without any email marketing strategy in place.

Our endeavors grew their list to more than 100K subscribers. We scaled their email marketing strategy as their list expanded while also helping them transition from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. A bug chunk of this growth resulted from creating and implementing email automation campaigns.
